Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train qualified care team members
• Conduct performance reviews for nursing staff
• Coordinate resident move-in assessments and conferences
• Maintain medication management processes
• Manage operations in absence of leadership

Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive clinical nursing experience
• Leadership experience of at least 5 years
• Familiarity with relevant provincial healthcare regulations
• Experience with dementia care
• Valid RN or LPN registration in the province
