Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor team workflows to meet operational targets
• Ensure quality assurance across all operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Track attendance and manage payroll duties
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Previous outdoor yard work experience is favorable
• Knowledge of forklift operations is an asset
