Empower young lives at Kids Kottage Foundation as a Shift Lead. This full-time role focuses on childcare leadership and providing a secure, inclusive space for children during crises.

As a Shift Lead, you will manage a full-time schedule emphasizing quality childcare and developmentally appropriate practices. Working with vulnerable children aged 0-10, you’ll guide staff and ensure smooth daily operations while responding to on-the-ground challenges. This position involves evening and day shifts on a rotating basis, including one weekend a week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and post weekly activity plans for children
• Act as the go-to leader during shifts, addressing staffing needs
• Attend to children's daily routines and developmental practices




• Maintain communication with supervisors on updates and incidents
• Support staff with problem-solving and behavioral guidance

Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in Early Learning & Child Care
• 1-2 years of relevant childcare program experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Up-to-date Police Information Checks
• First Aid Level C certification required
