You will manage aircraft maintenance conformity and compliance activities while holding the Minister’s Delegate – Maintenance (MDM) designation. This role involves interfacing with regulatory bodies, supervising audits, and supporting the maintenance of airworthiness standards across our fleet to ensure safety and reliability in operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct technical acceptance of aircraft and components
• Review maintenance records to ensure CAR compliance
• Lead inspections and compliance audits




• Coordinate with manufacturers during aircraft acquisition

Requirements:
• Current MDM appointment by Transport Canada
• Minimum of 10 years in aviation maintenance or engineering
