Become a key player at Strides Toronto as a full-time Individual and Family Therapist specializing in infant mental health. Engage in transformative therapy sessions with families while enjoying a flexible hybrid work setting.

You will provide high-quality, individualized psychotherapy to enhance the emotional and social well-being of children and families facing mental health challenges. Collaborating as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ensure effective service delivery, co-create clinical goals with clients, and manage cases with a strong focus on community resources. Experience with crisis situations will be essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized and dyadic therapy
• Collaborate with various community partners




• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records
• Create and implement treatment plans
• Conduct crisis intervention when necessary

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Registered in positive standing with a professional body
• Familiarity with treatment methods like Parent-Infant Psychotherapy
• Awareness of equity and inclusion principles
