Join our Operations team as a Project Scheduler, focusing on multi-family renovation projects. This role is centered on facilitating effective communication and ensuring efficient scheduling practices.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Ops Services, managing daily and master schedules for various renovation projects. You will coordinate contractor assignments while fostering collaboration with project managers, trades, and clients. Your ability to maintain solid relationships will be crucial in addressing schedule-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and revise master schedules for renovation projects
• Monitor actual progress and update schedules accordingly
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and internal teams




• Collaborate with property owners and subcontractors to manage impacts
• Prepare proposals and preliminary schedules as needed

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in construction or scheduling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use scheduling tools effectively
• Experience in property management is a plus
• PMI Scheduling Professional certification preferred
