Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment and background checks
• Support managers with HR advice and employee performance

• Manage training compliance and career development
• Handle payroll management and benefits administration
Requirements:
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar
• At least 5 years in HR roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws
• Experience with HRIS platforms
• Bilingualism considered a plus
