Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging training sessions virtually and in person
• Teach internal procedures and insurance brokerage processes




• Guide employees on key technology platforms and systems
• Develop job aids and comprehensive training resources
• Enhance learning opportunities through continuous feedback

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• RIBO certification, Level 1 or above
• Minimum of 3 years in insurance or related field
• Strong knowledge of brokerage operations
• Proven experience in training delivery
