Drive cutting-edge family medicine education as the Clinical Learning Lead at York University. This role focuses on developing the Family Medicine curriculum for medical students with an emphasis on quality improvement.

The Family Medicine Clinical Learning Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering the Family Medicine clinical learning experiences in the MD Program, ensuring structured learning and equitable access. Collaborate with faculty and MD Program leaders to create alignment with accreditation standards while promoting an inclusive approach to medical education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and enhance the Family Medicine curriculum for medical students
• Collaborate with various leaders on FM learning objectives
• Monitor assessments and student outcomes




• Foster community partnerships in clinical learning exposure
• Promote a supportive and inclusive educational environment

Requirements:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) required; preference for CCFP members
• Experience in Family Medicine in education
• Leadership in curricular development and assessment
• Knowledge of accreditation standards
• Strong commitment to equity and diversity principles
