Candidates ideally possess a high school diploma and relevant experience, demonstrating effective communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute chrome plating tasks on components
• Manage part masking and loading/unloading processes
• Maintain chemical properties and plating tools
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives
• Communicate process issues across shifts
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with measuring tools and blueprints
• Compliance with ITAR regulations essential
