Are you a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technology recruitment?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr Technical Recruiter/Talent Advisor. In this position, you will manage full cycle recruitment for senior-level technology roles, including cybersecurity and AI positions, within a large enterprise environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, lead sourcing strategies, and build high-quality candidate pipelines, all while representing the organization professionally and efficiently.

Pay rate range (CAD): $46.46/hr - $55.75/hr

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Build and maintain proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent, including passive candidates

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including senior executives and vendors

Provide market insights, talent gap analysis, and recommend innovative hiring approaches

Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to refine sourcing techniques and improve deliverables

Maintain accurate and timely reporting on recruitment activities and progress

Represent and promote the organization’s employer brand at industry events and networks

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans

Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards

Support special projects related to talent acquisition initiatives and process improvements

Desired Skill-Set





Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience, particularly in technology, within a large organization

Over 5 years of experience recruiting for senior-level technical roles in cybersecurity and AI

Strong understanding of full cycle recruitment processes and best practices

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume, complex recruitment desk

Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have

Experience working with external recruitment agencies and vendor management

Familiarity with enterprise-grade data security and compliance standards

Advanced knowledge of current recruitment tools and market trends

Track record of building and nurturing employer brand within the industry
