Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and manage probation service inquiries
• Diffuse potentially violent situations using tact and diplomacy
• Handle logistics such as mail, PPE, and equipment orders




• Assist with Health and Safety and monitor building security
• Process and maintain confidential administrative records
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative support or reception duties
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Flexible with occasional unsocial working hours
• Familiarity with computer-based admin systems and software
