Join BW Gold as a Maintenance Parts Coordinator at Blackwater Mine, where you will support essential maintenance activities. This role features a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule, ensuring parts and materials are available when needed.

As a key player in the maintenance team, you will report to the Senior Fixed Maintenance Planner. Your responsibilities will include managing part deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities are crucial in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Expedite urgent parts transportation for maintenance
• Organize and verify incoming maintenance materials
• Coordinate sourcing from approved vendors for parts




• Maintain accurate logs for deliveries and receipts
• Inspect materials for accuracy against purchase orders

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in parts coordination or similar fields
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work in remote settings on a rotational schedule
