This role combines health, safety, and operational training responsibilities in a full-time, 18-month contract. Partnering with the People & Performance team, you are expected to implement compliance measures while nurturing a vibrant culture of safety. Your ability to translate compliance standards into practical applications will significantly impact employee capabilities and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion health and safety program improvements
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits
• Lead training certification programs across the company




• Develop accessible safety documentation and records
• Support health and safety committees and activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in safety and training roles
• Familiarity with Ontario health legislation
• Experience in certification program management
• Solid project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
