Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will guide the strategic financial planning and analysis for Kids Help Phone and its foundation. This role requires a solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and collaboration with financial stakeholders. Your insights will directly influence the financial health of programs that empower youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation of financial plans and forecasts
• Analyze and report on financial performance variances
• Oversee grant accounting and reporting
• Provide financial insights for management decision-making
• Mentor and develop the finance team
Requirements:
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) required
• 5-7 years of relevant finance experience
• Experience in non-profit finance
• Advanced Excel capabilities for analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
