Reporting directly to the Controller, this role requires expertise in financial reporting and operational analysis. You will focus on report preparation, inventory management, and variance analysis, ensuring financial data integrity and supporting business decisions. Your insights will help streamline processes and enhance reporting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the preparation of operational reporting packages monthly
• Manage inventory valuation and accuracy during month-end
• Analyze manufacturing variances and provide actionable insights




• Prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Support year-end audits and physical inventory counts

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Active pursuit of CPA designation is preferred
• Degree or diploma in accounting or finance required
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
• Familiarity with ERP systems like AS400 is a plus
