Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and validate business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct workshops to align business and technology divisions
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Develop user stories and process models
• Assess impacts to ensure alignment with objectives

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
• Degree in Business or Computing is required
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Familiarity with Agile project management
• Understanding of change management methodologies
