As a seasoned Guidewire developer, your 5-7 years of industry experience will be crucial for designing and implementing effective enhancements. Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, conduct code reviews, and ensure software quality through thorough testing. You’ll also mentor junior staff, fostering team growth and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Review code to ensure best development practices
• Conduct thorough unit testing and debugging
• Participate in project estimation and planning
Requirements:
• 5-7 years’ experience developing with Guidewire applications
• Strong experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center
• Proficient in Java and software integration
• Knowledge of P&C; personal lines insurance products
• A Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field
