As part of the Operations team, you will ensure legislative compliance and assist in risk control through direct onsite involvement. Responsibilities include developing training initiatives, enforcing safety regulations, and conducting behavioral safety audits to minimize risks and enhance workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Construct Safe Work Procedures and inspect hazards
• Maintain and present OHS data metrics
• Lead training programs for employees and management
• Support compliance with on-site Contractor OHS programs
• Assist in accident response and investigations

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of H&S; management experience
• Solid skills in communication and people management
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Familiarity with health regulations and compliance
• Experience working with regulatory bodies
