We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Hand to join our Landscape Construction team immediately. This role involves mentoring new crew members while ensuring effective communication and safety compliance on-site. You will engage in hands-on construction tasks and help execute projects efficiently, all while fostering a team-oriented team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Crew Leader for project execution
• Mentor newer team members on site tasks
• Participate in hardscape and softscape construction activities
• Safely operate construction vehicles and equipment
• Keep job sites organized and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction
• Knowledge of installation techniques and materials
• Proficient in operating heavy equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Positive attitude and leadership capacity
