• Organize harvested products for production transfer
• Enforce safe work practices and compliance

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; horticulture education preferred
• 2+ years in a supervisory role in agriculture
• Experience in quality control of plant products
• Ability to work under physically demanding conditions
• Excellent organizational skills
