Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare property-level financial statements and reports
• Verify accuracy in invoices and supporting documentation
• Conduct financial analysis and manage reconciliations
• Assist with annual budgeting processes and construction payables
• Support month-end closing activities for assigned accounts

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in accounting needed
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi)
• Solid communication skills for relationship management
• CPA track or designation preferred
