Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate proactive risk assessments to ensure safety

Requirements:
• Degree in health care discipline required
• Minimum 5 years hospital experience
• 3 years experience in Risk Management or Patient Safety
• Solid analytical skills and critical thinking
