Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strength-based care plans

Requirements:
• Active registration as an RN or RPN in British Columbia
• Minimum 240 hours of clinical practice in a mental health setting
• Knowledge of harm reduction and psychotherapeutic methods
• Capable of conflict management and crisis intervention
• Solid documentation skills in client care
