As the Technology Director, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of the Enterprise Architecture, Platform and Security Operations, and Corporate IT teams. This role emphasizes innovation, requiring an expert in creating and executing technology roadmaps while aligning with Qu’s broader business objectives. Your leadership will also extend to embedding ITIL standards and ensuring compliance with technology regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the technology roadmap translating business objectives into actionable tasks
• Champion AI adoption and evaluate recent technologies




• Establish data governance and enterprise architecture standards
• Manage the technology budget and ensure ROI tracking
• Lead and develop teams to enhance operational capabilities

Requirements:
• At least 12 years in technology leadership, including senior roles
• Strong experience with service management and ITIL principles
• History of managing digital transformation programs
• Excellent financial and M&A; expertise
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, ITIL certified
