Key Responsibilities:
• Offer on-site support to authorized users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application problems
• Install and deploy classroom technology and endpoint devices




• Research and recommend solutions to recurring tech issues
• Maintain records of service requests and resolutions

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least three years of technical support experience
• Familiarity with productivity platforms and networked systems
• Industry certifications in progress are a plus
• Ontario Class “G” Driver's Licence required
