Join the Don Wheaton Family YMCA team as a Coordinator of Aquatics Programs. This full time, on-site position is designed for those passionate about health, fitness, and aquatics.

In this role, you will support the effective delivery of aquatic services while fostering a positive team environment. You'll collaboratively work with the Aquatics Manager to ensure participants enjoy safe and engaging experiences. Multiple responsibilities include scheduling, managing compliance, and offering coaching to staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and evaluate Aquatics staff and volunteers
• Ensure safety protocols are consistently enforced
• Provide continuous improvement for swim program quality
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Mentor staff in adhering to YMCA standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in Aquatics
• Valid National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office technology
• Must be flexible with scheduling
