Join GFL as a Class 1/3 Operator to drive tandem axle vacuum trucks in various settings, including industrial and marine ports. This role focuses on fluid handling and equipment maintenance.

This position requires working primarily evening shifts, providing a unique chance to impact environmental emergency responses. You will safely load and unload fluids, manage equipment, and conduct inspections. Additionally, you'll mentor new operators and communicate any operational issues effectively to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vacuum pumps and pressure equipment
• Load and unload materials, including waste
• Perform pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Document operations and compliance thoroughly
• Collaborate with public and internal teams

Requirements:
• Class 1/3 license with manual transmission
• Ability to handle heavy loads
• Successful completion of D&A; testing
• Willingness to work evenings and odd hours
• Familiarity with Geotab electronic logging
