Our client seeks a proactive leader to manage construction initiatives, providing oversight and mentorship to Superintendents and field teams. With your extensive background in heavy civil projects, you will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, project quality, and effective communication among stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution.
