This full-time role is integral to the Corporate Services team, providing essential support to various Boards and Committees. You will manage all aspects of meeting arrangements, maintain accurate records, and offer assistance for elector processes. Confidentiality and discretion are key in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the Clerk for CRD Boards and Committees
• Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas and materials
• Take and distribute detailed minutes during meetings




• Manage statutory records related to bylaws and appointments
• Provide backup support to senior officers as needed

Requirements:
• High School graduation required; post-secondary preferred
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in administrative roles
• Solid understanding of meeting procedures and regulations
• Valid BC Driver's Licence required
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
