In this client-focused position, you will serve as the frontline contact for policy reviews and changes. Collaborating closely with PIB’s Account Executive, you will enhance client loyalty and satisfaction. The role is designed for a proactive, agile broker ready to capitalize on opportunities and deepen relationships within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage policy reviews and changes for clients
• Strengthen client engagement and loyalty
• Negotiate retention strategies with clients and carriers
• Attend renewal reviews with the Account Executive Team
• Identify new coverage opportunities for clients
Requirements:
• RIBO Licensed or able to obtain
• Minimum 3 years in a broker support role
• Experience in group insurance and affinity programs
• Strong decision-making and time management skills
• Proficient in broker management systems like TAM or Applied Rating
