The Health and Safety Specialist will report to the Manager, Health & Safety and is accountable for the implementation and monitoring of processes and practices to achieve a safe and healthy work setting.
This role supports plant staff with compliance to Plant and Sofina H&S; requirements, performs audits, data analysis, and training, and collaborates with the Joint Health & Safety Committee to drive continuous safety improvements.
