In this full-time role, you will lead the coordination and administration of the educational assistant program. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program delivery and daily operations effectively
• Monitor and evaluate student attendance and progress




• Support and mentor instructors and staff throughout the program
• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards and college policies
• Develop strong relationships within the community and with Elders

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Education or similar
• At least three years of educational leadership experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Moodle
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Familiarity with Niitsitapi culture and the Blackfoot language preferred
