Elevate patient comfort as a Palliative Care Registered Nurse at Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth. This full time temporary role targets compassionate individuals ready to support residents through their hospice experience.

You'll be a part of an interprofessional team dedicated to providing quality palliative care from October 2026 to November 2027. Your primary focus will be on individualized care, involving pain management, assessment, and psychosocial support for both residents and their families. Shifts will be 12 hours on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop customized palliative care and comfort plans
• Manage pain and symptoms collaboratively with team
• Offer psychosocial support to residents and families
• Document care and assessments accurately




• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:
• Current RN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• BCLS certification required; palliative care training preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in palliative care
• Completion of a Two Step TB test
• Excellent communicator with enthusiasm for end-of-life caregiving
