The Ontario Provincial Police seeks an Inventory Control Clerk in a full time role. This position emphasizes shipping, receiving, and monitoring stock levels.

As part of the Weapons Services Unit within the Fleet, Supply, and Weapons Services Bureau, you will support the OPP by controlling inventories and documentation. You will ensure safe handling and destruction of firearms and associated equipment, playing a vital role in operational safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all inventory shipment and receipt procedures
• Monitor stock levels and update records
• Process and prepare necessary documentation
• Ensure safe destruction of surrendered firearms
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)

Requirements:
• Ability to clear an OPP background investigation
• Must pass annual Firearms Safety training
• Ability to lift 70 pounds independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
• Knowledgeable of weapons handling and WHMIS regulations
