As a specialist, you will work alongside the HSE Manager to maintain provincial compliance and enhance safety and environmental initiatives. Your experience will be vital in conducting risk assessments, investigations, and delivering training. Collaborate effectively with business unit leaders to support continuous safety improvements and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSE management systems
• Conduct thorough audits and perform risk assessments
• Lead environmental programs including spill response
• Train employees on HSE standards and policies
• Manage safety incident reporting and follow-ups

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in HSE within the construction sector
• Degree in Health & Safety or Environment
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and acts
• Familiar with COR and ISO standards
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
