Your role includes timely order execution and effective team management. You'll also ensure proper logo management and documentation for seamless production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute orders on schedule, addressing escalations timely
• Oversee daily operations in various production teams
• Manage schedule, payroll, and 5S protocol effectively
• Maintain logo documentation in the apparel database
• Provide coaching on business policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Trade Certification or College Diploma
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to change
