Join Mac’s II Agencies as a Lighting Project Coordinator to manage and support key commercial lighting projects. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial for this energetic role.

Located in Coquitlam, Mac’s II Agencies is looking for an organized Project Coordinator for the Lighting Division. You will facilitate smooth execution by coordinating between manufacturers, distributors, and internal sales teams. Your role will ensure that all project documentation, order tracking, and billing align with our commitment to quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit lighting project drawings
• Interpret and manage revisions of received drawings
• Process and release manufacturer orders promptly




• Ensure accurate billing in coordination with accounting
• Track orders pertinently with manufacturers and distributors

Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
• Knowledge of lighting or electrical sectors preferred
• Experienced with Microsoft 365 applications
