As the Director of Mental Health Services at Yonge Street Mission, you will spearhead comprehensive mental health programs in Toronto. This impactful role integrates leadership, clinical direction, and community collaboration.

YSM is on the lookout for a managerial leader to oversee its mental health and counselling programs aimed at marginalized individuals. With a focus on strategic management and program evaluation, you will enhance services that address community needs, ensuring effective access and support. This includes staff supervision and fostering external partnerships for holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cutting-edge mental health and counselling initiatives
• Design tailored strategies for diverse populations




• Supervise and mentor clinical staff and volunteers
• Evaluate and report on program effectiveness
• Build partnerships within the mental health ecosystem

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or comparable field
• 3-5 years in leadership roles in mental health
• Familiarity with therapeutic practices and program evaluation
