As an integral member of the Latham leadership team, you will oversee the implementation of EHS programs, ensuring a vibrant safety culture at the fiberglass manufacturing plant. You'll collaborate with various teams to mitigate risks, manage compliance, and support environmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage EHS programs at the Kingston site
• Cultivate a proactive safety culture
• Collaborate to improve operational performance




• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal EHS regulations
• Perform incident investigations and lead improvements

Requirements:
• Degree in safety, Science, or Engineering
• 5+ years in EHS leadership in manufacturing
• Certified Joint Health and Safety Committee member
• Experience with Respiratory Protection Program
• Knowledge of Ontario EH&S; legislation
