Join Agilus by Synergie as a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC, based in Calgary. Lead and execute major projects in the industrial and energy sectors while guiding the next generation of engineers.

In this role, you will support challenging HVAC tasks that influence a wide array of industries, including oil & gas and energy transition. You will evaluate design specifications, mentor your team, and collaborate with various engineering disciplines to ensure project success. This position also includes site visits and technical leadership duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute HVAC engineering design and technical specifications
• Perform ventilation analysis and load studies for HVAC systems
• Coordinate design with project and construction teams




• Interface with vendors regarding technical documentation
• Support field visits and commissioning activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• P.Eng. registration with APEGA or demonstrate eligibility
• Proven HVAC engineering experience in industrial applications
• Solid understanding of ASHRAE and NFPA standards
• Experience with HVAC design software, such as Elite
