Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Community of Belonging and Wellness programs
• Oversee the full recruitment process, including interviews




• Conduct safety audits and develop training programs
• Verify adherence to safety standard operating procedures
• Assess corporate safety training needs annually

Requirements:
• At least three years of related experience
• Degree in Human Resources or Health and Safety
• Hold or be willing to obtain CHRP or CRSP designations
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and Criminal Background Check
