In this full-time role, you'll enhance community health through educational strategies, advocacy, and program development. Collaborating with community partners, you will diagnose health needs, promote social prescribing, and implement creative initiatives focused particularly on BIPOC populations. This position emphasizes both independence and teamwork to meet health promotion goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the health needs of clients and community members
• Collaborate to establish priority health strategies
• Design and manage health-related initiatives and projects




• Deliver educational presentations and facilitate groups
• Support strategic initiatives to improve health access

Requirements:
• Relevant graduate degree or significant related experience
• 3-5 years in community health promotion
• Proven expertise in program evaluation and development
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with community capacity building in diverse settings
