• Create and implement robust manufacturing processes
• Identify and lead quality and cost improvement initiatives
• Monitor manufacturing processes for adherence to specifications

• Support new product introductions and tooling improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 3–7 years in manufacturing or process improvement roles
• Hands-on Lean Manufacturing experience essential
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes like welding and machining
• Solid analytical and communication skills
