Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain various machinery as needed
• Keep Service Dispatcher informed about job progress
• Explain job scopes and requirements to customers




• Order parts through effective communication with the Parts department
• Accurately document all service activities

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant repair experience
• Active Heavy Duty or Automotive Journeyperson’s ticket
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and electric engines
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with regional travel capacity
