Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise personal support workers and promote best practices
• Direct health assessments for current and prospective residents
• Design care plans based on health assessments and family input
• Maintain open communication with families regarding care
• Execute audits to ensure clinical compliance in office
Requirements:
• RPN Diploma and up-to-date registration in Ontario
• At least five years of nursing experience with leadership
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
• Experience in staffing and human resource management
• Proficiency in performance management and scheduling
