Become part of BA Blacktop Ltd. as a Grade Foreperson supervising construction projects across the Fraser Valley Area. This role combines leadership with hands-on management of important roadworks.

In this position, you will act as the key point of contact in office, reporting to the Superintendent and ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing field tasks, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety protocols. Your ability to lead a diverse crew and adapt to changing conditions will be critical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily crew operations and project timelines
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety regulations are followed




• Coordinate equipment and material logistics for projects
• Address work deficiencies promptly and efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of site activities

Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and specifications
• Proficient in site plan interpretation
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• WHMIS and Traffic Control Person Training
• Basic computer skills for reporting
