In this LPN position, you will deliver patient-centered care through individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in policy implementation for best practices
• Safely administer medications and document care provided
• Engage in active communication regarding patient progress




• Provide support during meal times and therapeutic sessions
• Implement and monitor safety measures for all patients

Requirements:
• Experience in mental health or related fields
• Licensed according to nursing regulatory standards
• Superior critical thinking abilities
• Understanding of trauma-informed nursing practices
