Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and coaching to Business Membership Advisors
• Oversee business membership onboarding and opening
• Achieve sales goals through effective sales coaching




• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or a related discipline needed
• 3-4 years experience in business or commercial sales
• Proven knowledge of business banking structures
