Join Arc’teryx as a Construction Project Manager, where you will oversee store development projects to ensure on-time and on-budget execution. This role offers hybrid work opportunities from North Vancouver.

Reporting to the Senior Construction Project Manager, your focus will be on managing a portfolio of construction projects each year. Your solid foundation in project management, budgeting, and vendor relations will drive the success of store openings. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as you will also engage with external partners throughout the process to refine internal practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage 10-15 construction projects through to completion
• Develop project estimates while maintaining budgets and schedules




• Collaborate with city inspectors and contractors at job sites
• Report project statuses to Senior Leadership teams
• Strengthen relationships with internal and external project partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field
• 5 years+ in retail construction project management
• Experience with budget management and scope control
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project and Procore
• Ability to travel to various job sites
